Natalie Loeb

Natalie Loeb

Natalie Loeb is the founder of Loeb Consulting Group, LLC. A human resources and training and development professional with over twenty years experience in employee relations, training program design and facilitation and executive coaching. Clients include top tier legal services firms and other large and mid-sized organizations that place a priority on creating, enhancing and maintaining collaborative work cultures using open, candid and clear communication.

From 1988 to 1997, she was employed by the international law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom & Affiliates LLP in New York City, New York. At Skadden, Arps, Natalie held various positions within the Human Resources department as part of the Employee Relations team and Training and Development team. Using her experience in employee relations, Natalie had responsibility for the design, development and facilitation of professional development training programs for all levels of support staff and management groups. Programs included, but were not limited to new supervisory, management and leadership development training, customer service training, change management, team building programs, various communication skills programs and time management seminars.

Today, Natalie consults with many individual clients and mid to large sized organizations. Using her human resources, training expertise and executive coaching services, Natalie and her team develop specific training programs and coaching processes to meet the various needs of their clients. Clients include, but are not limited to: Con Edison of New York, Stern + Associates Public Relations, R/GA Interactive Media, Carole Hochman Design Group, The American Stock Exchange, Fitch Ratings, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom & Affiliates LLP, Proskauer Rose LLP, Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP, and Torys LLP.

Natalie received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in New York City. She also hold numerous certifications in various training programs including, Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC training, Social Styles, Achieve Global's "Genuine Leadership" and "Stellar Service" Series, Pritchett's "Business as UnUsual" and Franklin/Coveys' "What Matters Most". In addition, Natalie enhanced her executive coaching services by completing the Professional Executive Coaching Certification from the Zicklin Business School of Baruch College in May 2008.

Natalie is also one of the proud Co-founders and Co-Chairs of the Teen Advisory Committee ( TAC) in her home town. TAC is a government committee of over 400 teens interested in developing leadership skills, building bridges between seniors and teens in the town and assisting in community service projects.


Fritz Galette, Ph.D.

Fritz Gallete

Fritz Galette, Ph.D., is a consultant with Loeb Consulting Group, LLC. Dr Galette has been in the field of mental health for 18 years and holds a doctorate in Psychology from Fordham University.

Fritz is a New York State Licensed Psychologist and maintains a thriving private practice in the Time Square district of Manhattan and in the borough of Staten Island. Areas of specialty include executive coaching, career planning, peak-performance training, hypnosis, biofeedback and mental health counseling.

Fritz has been a lecturer at Fordham University, Queens College, and Lehman College and has taught various courses including "The Psychology of Every Day Life" and "Therapeutic Interventions." He has been a workshop presenter for various organizations in both the private and nonprofit sectors and has presented his dissertation research internationally.

Fritz is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH). He is a registered member in good standing with the National Register of Providers in Psychology.

Fritz is the Co-founder of Psychwatch.com®, an online resource for professionals in the field of mental health. Since 1998, Psychwatch has published over 500 online newsletters and has evolved into a global communication and information portal with a readership of over 14,000 professionals in at least 106 different countries. Psychwatch has received numerous awards and accolades over the past ten years. Fritz has many times been contacted for expert comment by the media.

On the extracurricular side, Fritz holds a 6th degree black belt in martial arts, has completed 18 New York City Marathons, and is a musician. Fritz brings these and all of his many years of various experiences to the table when working with clients.


Donna Gentry

Donna Gentry

Donna Gentry, a senior consultant with Loeb Consulting Group, LLC, is a legal industry professional with more than twenty years experience with national and international law firms. Clients include top tier firms and other large organizations that place a priority on creating, enhancing and maintaining collaborative work cultures through open, candid and clear communication.

Donna's expertise in leadership training, employee relations, and performance management has resulted in a proven track record for motivating outstanding performances in employees and guiding the successful career development of managers. Donna facilitates workshops focused on team building, enhanced communication skills and performance management.

A member of the Association of Legal Administrators since 1999, Donna was Co-Chair of the NYC Chapter's Education Committee and served as Vice President on the ALA NYC Chapter Board. Donna was a panel speaker (How to Handle Difficult People, Situations and Issues) at the first annual NYC ALA Symposium. She is also a certified DiSC Trainer and currently serves on the Boards of the Newberg Education Foundation and Willamette Shakespeare and is a member of Newberg EarlyBird Rotary.


Susan Sommers

Susan Sommers

Susan Sommers is a Senior Consultant with Loeb Consulting Group, LLC. Through seminars, speeches and private coaching sessions, Susan has shown countless businesses how to unlock their staff's Style Power by mastering the "3 P's" of business image: Presence, Protocol and Self-Presentation. A protocol specialist, certified by the Protocol School of Washington, Susan is a former fashion and beauty editor with national magazines such as Cosmopolitan, New Woman and others, a contributor to New York, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Ladies Home Journal.

Her books, French Chic and Italian Chic have become fashion classics and her fashion advice has been featured in O, the Oprah Magazine, More, Health, AARP Magazine and The NY Enterprise Report and on The View, ABC Eyewitness News, CBS Early Morning News and other popular TV shows. Susan's true passion, however, is for business style makeovers that allow new hires, high potentials and mid-level executives to improve and integrate their image, relationship building and cross-cultural techniques with the goal of achieving higher levels of professional satisfaction and success.


Jeanmarie Alessi

Jeanmarie Alessi

Jeanmarie is a senior consultant with Loeb Consulting Group, LLC with over 15 years of experience in designing and facilitating adult learning programs. Jeanmarie held positions as Vice President of Prudential Securities University, and Vice President of Training and Development at Chase Manhattan Corp. She has worked in communications, education, non-profit, and health care organizations where she trained hundreds of employees in the US and internationally.

As a training manager she coached other training professionals and managed organization-wide training and development initiatives. She has consulted to senior management on employee morale, teambuilding and the selection of employees during mergers and organizational change.

Ms. Alessi has a Masters in Organizational Development from Fordham University and a BA in Psychology from Merrimack College. She is qualified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and holds certifications in Daniel Goleman's Emotional Competency Inventory.


Michelle Riklan

Michelle Riklan

Michelle A. Riklan holds a B.A. in Theatre, English Literature and Speech Communications from Hofstra University. While beginning her corporate career, she pursued and completed a M.A. in Speech and Interpersonal Communications from New York University where she also served as an Instructor in Voice and Diction/Public Speaking. Utilizing her education and presentation skills, she continued a career path in Human Resource Management. Her generalist background is all inclusive, but her areas of expertise include employment, employee relations and training and development.

With a combined 20 years of in-house corporate and targeted consulting experience, Michelle services large corporations as well as small businesses and individuals in all aspects of Human Resources and Career Management.

Michelle is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, American Society of Training and Development and Professional Association of Resume Writers.
